📖 Detailed description

Sit on the edge of a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your knees hip-width apart. Lengthen your spine, relax your shoulders, place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. Inhale through your nose, allowing your ribs to open gently to the sides, then exhale slowly through your mouth without lifting your shoulders. The goal is to restore calm, deep, steady breathing while maintaining an upright posture.

💡 Execution tips

  • Keep your chin slightly tucked and your shoulders relaxed.

⚠️ Common mistakes

  • Shrugging the shoulders, arching the lower back, breathing too quickly.
