📖 Detailed description

Sit tall on a chair with your hands crossed over your shoulders or your arms folded in front of you. Slowly rotate your torso to the right without moving your pelvis, return to center, then rotate to the left. The movement should come from the upper back, not the arms. Keep your neck long and your gaze aligned with the movement.

💡 Execution tips

  • Imagine your pelvis is heavy and stable during the rotation.

⚠️ Common mistakes

  • Rotating only with the arms, moving the knees, going too fast.
