📖 Detailed description
In a high or forearm plank, tap one foot slightly out to the side, then bring it back. Alternate legs without letting your pelvis twist. Your torso should remain as stable as a block.
💡 Execution tips
- Move the leg only as far as you can without your hips shifting.
